Refund Policy

ENLM LUXE sells digital products, including printable artwork, planners, worksheets and other downloadable files. No physical item will be shipped.

Digital downloads

Because digital files can be downloaded immediately, we generally cannot accept change-of-mind returns or offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed, where you agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that this would end your right to cancel.

If you have not accessed or downloaded your purchase, contact us within 14 days of ordering at info@enlmluxe.com to ask to cancel. Your statutory cancellation rights apply where relevant.

Faulty, missing or incorrect files

Please contact us at info@enlmluxe.com if:

• Your download link does not work or your files are missing.

• A file is corrupted or cannot be opened using the software stated in the product listing.

• You received a file different from the one you ordered.

Please include your order number and a short description of the issue. We will work with you to provide a working file or an appropriate remedy. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.
