Digital products and orders

Our products are digital downloads unless a product page clearly says otherwise. No physical item will be shipped. Product pages describe the files and formats included. Please review those details and check that your device and software can open them before ordering.

An order is subject to payment confirmation and our ability to provide the listed product. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable.

Licence and permitted use

Unless a product listing says otherwise, your purchase gives you a personal-use licence for the files. You may download and print them for your own personal use.

You must not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense or publicly upload the files, or use them to create products for sale. Copyright and other intellectual-property rights remain with ENLM LUXE or the relevant rights holder. Buying a file does not transfer ownership of those rights.

Prices and payment

Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be displayed before you complete your order. Payment must be received before digital files are supplied.

Refunds and cancellation

Digital downloads and cancellation requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law. Downloading or accessing a file does not, by itself, remove any statutory cancellation rights you may have. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Accuracy and availability

We make reasonable efforts to show products and describe their contents accurately. Colours may appear differently on different screens and printers. We do not guarantee that a file will work with software or devices that are not identified in the listing.

We may update, suspend or remove products or store features. This does not affect an order already accepted except where a change is required by law or to correct an error.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited. If digital content does not meet applicable legal requirements, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or another remedy under the law that applies to your purchase.
